Why these ingredients? Keep Reading!

There are so many options for your base oil. If you don’t have Jojoba oil, no problem. You can use olive oil, sesame oil, grapeseed oil, or even avocado oil. Any of these will be a great base for this blend. As an aromatherapist and budding herbalist I of course, have my preferences. If you have it on hand, or are able to order it, I suggest Trauma oil or Arnica infused jojoba oil. These oils offer an extra layer of pain relief that your body will be thanking you for! These oils are infused with medicinal herbs for a period of time, extracting all of their therapeutic properties for you!

Roman Chamomile has a sweet note while offering incredibly powerful presence when it comes to muscle contractions, hence why she is a part of this blend. She is great at helping you relax.

Cypress makes up the bulk of our essential oils in this blend and gently suggests taking deep breaths through your pain. Cypress supports clear breathing through tension and can help ease excessive thinking.

Geranium essential oil is floral in its aroma with herbal notes as well. She offers a soothing relief, especially during moments of stress and pain.

Let me know if you give this recipe a try!

Sincerely,

Courtney
