Coming from a large family and being a mother of two herself, taking care of others has always been a priority. She grew up a competitive gymnast and later a functional fitness coach giving her a detailed understanding of the body. This upbringing, as well as 11 years in United States Naval intelligence, inspired her to complete her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in order to expand her knowledge about the body. These experiences and educational pursuits drew her further into a curiosity for and appreciation of a career in the healing arts, specifically as a therapeutic massage therapist and aromatherapist.
Courtney prides herself in her ability to listen to her clients needs as well as her own intuition and solid science based foundation. She specializes in the Cayce/Reilly Massage technique. This massage blends three different techniques: Swedish, Osteopathic, and Neuropathic. It is a unique massage that offers a trademark blend of massage strokes, stretching, and gentle vibrations of the abdominal organs and endocrine glands. She firmly believes that when the nervous system is properly balanced, all systems of the body can experience improved coordination and restoration. She holds the intention to integrate body, mind, and spirit to help facilitate optimal health and wellness for each client through both massage and aromatherapy techniques.
